Not at all. Every arena station is fitted with a 240Hz monitor, mechanical keyboard and a low-latency mouse. You are welcome to bring your own peripherals if you prefer, and we will help you tune your settings before the session starts.

Most builds are ready within two weeks once parts arrive. We stress-test every machine for six hours and thermally validate it before pickup, then walk you through the benchmarks and a 24-month workmanship warranty when you collect it.

We are at 58 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 — about a five-minute walk from Central Station. Street parking is available nearby and the arena entrance is street level and accessible.

The arena is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to midnight, and we are closed Mondays for maintenance. Coaching sessions can be booked in any open slot, and the build lab operates by appointment from 10am on weekdays.

Yes. We produce both LAN and online events for up to 64 players, covering seeding, an admin desk, casting, custom overlays and a full stream package. Half-day productions start at A$1,900 and we can scope larger multi-day formats on request.
